Training plans for employees

  • The program is administered by the State Employment Training Foundation (www.fundae.es).

Training plans for the unemployed for their subsequent employment

  • Training with a commitment to hire (modality II). The objective is to offer training tailored to individual training needs and the production system, and hiring workers immediately after a training period. All information at the following link.

Dual training program

Four types of programs designed to promote job placement and training of individuals, combining training for employment with paid work activity in the company.

  • DUAL GREEN

Directed to areas particularly depopulated or threatened with depopulation, or to intermediate areas of predominantly agricultural activity.

  • PROGRAM +52

New program for unemployed people over 52.

  • CREA

Targets people with difficulties entering the labor market, such as people with a disability of 33 percent or higher, victims of gender-based violence, or victims of terrorism, with minimum wages.

  • VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

For young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System.
The benefits of these programs include obtaining a vocational qualification, signing a training contract during the implementation of the project and being paid 75 per cent of the inter-professional minimum wage, except for +52, which is 100 per cent.

Hiring incentives

Return of Talent Program

Subsidies under the “Return of Talent” Program for the permanent hiring of people returning to Castilla-La Mancha from abroad, at the beginning of the entrepreneurial activity or aid related to the return.
Grant lines:

  • LINE 1: Grants for permanent recruitment aimed at companies and institutions that recruit citizens from Castilla-La Mancha who have lived or worked abroad, in order to facilitate their return and integration into the region's labor market.
    • Amount: 10.000€ per formalized permanent contract, which can be increased by 5,000€ if the person hired has a higher degree and their contract is linked to an R + D + i project involving UCLM, UAH or any research center and the innovation belongs to public or private entities of
      CA. It is increased by 20% if the eligible activity is carried out in one of the municipalities considered as an ITI area.
  • LINE 2: Grants for starting an entrepreneurial activity: is aimed at citizens of Castilla-La Mancha who have lived or worked abroad and want to develop their own economic activity in Castilla-La Mancha.
    • Amount: up to 6,000€. It is increased by 20% if the eligible activity is carried out in one of the municipalities considered as ITI areas and in the areas of the municipalities considered as priority areas.
  • LINE 3: "Return Passport": aimed at citizens of Castilla-La Mancha who are abroad and wish to
    return to the region and establish their normal residence there.

    • Amount: 3,000€

COVID-19 check

Grants to promote the recruitment of unemployed workers whose employment contracts have been terminated as a result of the crisis caused by COVID -19. 

Amount: 5,140€. This amount is increased by 700€ if the person hired is a woman who is a proven victim of gender violence, persons with a degree of disability of at least 33%, groups affected by social exclusion or persons over 50 years of age. The amount of the subsidy described above will be increased by 20% if the contracts are with women or in one of the municipalities of the ITI (Integrated Territorial Investment) Government Program of Castilla-La Mancha.

Transition check

Employment contracts, regardless of their modality, are eligible if they are concluded with people who hold the title of "Transition Check" (awarded to people who have participated in one of the mandatory training programs) and who, at the time of recruitment, are registered as applicants with an employment office in Castilla-La Mancha.

Amount: 5,140€ for each contract. This amount is increased by 700€ if the person recruited is not only the holder of the transition cheque, but also a woman who is a proven victim of gender violence, persons with a degree of disability of at least 33%, groups affected by social exclusion or persons over 50 years of age.

The amount of the subsidy described above will be increased by 20% if the contracts are concluded with women or in one of the municipalities of the ITI (Integrated Territorial Investment) Government Program of Castilla-La Mancha.

Qualification and integration of the unemployed

Subsidies to companies and non-profit organizations for the implementation of training and learning contracts, internship contracts, assistance contracts and the conversion of these contracts into open-ended ones.

Amount: 5,140€ for the execution of training, work experience or assistance contracts and 5,300€ for the conversion of these contracts and the contracts of workers in insertion processes into open-ended contracts.

These amounts are increased by 700€ if the person recruited is a woman who is a victim of gender-based violence, a person with a degree of disability of at least 33% or a person at risk of social exclusion. In addition, and only for conversion to open-ended contracts, the grant is also increased by 700€ if this conversion is with workers who have concluded contracts in connection with integration processes in integration companies or if it is the first open-ended contract of a self-employed person.

The amount of subsidy established in the specific regulation of each of the aid lines increases by 20% when the subsidized activity is carried out in one of the municipalities included in the Government Program ITI (Integrated Territorial Investment) of Castilla-La Mancha.

Promotion of stable and quality employment

Subsidies to promote stable and quality jobs through initial permanent contracts, the conversion of temporary contracts into permanent contracts and the conversion of part-time contracts into full-time contracts, provided that the contract is permanent.
Grant lines:

  • LINE 1: Aid for the permanent recruitment of unemployed persons.
    • If the person hired is long-term unemployed:
      • 5,300€ per contract if the age of this person is between 30 and 44 years.
      • 5,600€ per contract if the age of this person is less than or equal to 29 years or between 45 and 51 years.
      • 6.000€ per contract if the age of the person hired is 52 years or more. 

The above amounts are each increased by 500€ if the person hired is a woman.

    • If the person hired is over 45 years old, is registered as unemployed with the CLM employment offices at the time of hiring, and has been registered as unemployed for more than 6 months in the last 12 months:
      • 5,140€ per contract if the person is male.
      • 5,640€ per contract if the person is female.
    • If the person is registered as unemployed with the CLM employment offices at the time of recruitment and his/her previous employment contract was terminated due to the crisis caused by COVID -19:
      • 5,140€ per contract, if the person is male.
      • 5,640€ per contract if the person is female.

All the amounts indicated for LINE 1 are increased by 700€ or 1,000€ if the contract worker belongs to one of the groups referred to in Article 11 of Decree 41/2020 of 3 August.

  • LINE 2: Aid for the conversion of temporary contracts into permanent contracts.
    • 4,000€ per contract if the age of the person hired is between 30 and 44 years.
    • 5,300€ per contract if the age of the person recruited is less than 30 or more than 44.

All the amounts indicated for LINE 2 are increased by 700€ and 1,000€ respectively if the hired worker belongs to one of the groups referred to in Article 13 of Decree 41/2020 of 3 August.

  • LINE 3: Aid for the conversion of permanent part-time contracts into permanent full-time contracts.
    • 2,500€ per contract. It is increased by 1,000€ if the contract worker belongs to one of the groups referred to in Article 15 of Decree 41/2020 of 3 August.

Promotion of the permanent employment of people with disabilities.

Grant lines:

  • LINE 1: Promotion of permanent employment and conversion of temporary contracts of workers with disabilities into permanent contracts.
    • Amount: 5,500€ if the person recruited is a man and 6,000€ if the person recruited is a womanthis amount may be increased by 1,000€ if:
  1. The open-ended contract for which the subsidy is requested is the first open-ended contract signed by the applicant company.
  2. The person with a disability with whom the contract is concluded is in one of the following situations:
    1. Cerebral palsy, mental illness or mental retardation with a recognized degree of 33% or more.
    2. Physical or sensory disability with a recognized degree of 65% or greater.
    3. Age equal to or greater than 45 years.
  • LINE 2: Adaptation of the workplace or provision of personal protective equipment and removal of barriers or obstacles that prevent the work to be carried out or make work difficult. Amount:
    • Amount:Maximum 950€.
  • LINE 3: Promotion of the transition from protected jobs to the regular labor market through the permanent recruitment of workers with disabilities who have particular difficulties in accessing the labor market.
    • Amount: 8,000€ if the person recruited is a man and 8,500€ if he is a woman, for each contract
      concluded for an indefinite period and on a full-time basis.

Integration of young people into the labor market

Subsidies to regulate the direct granting of aid for the formalization of employment contracts of a duration of at least 6 months, their conversion into open-ended contracts or initial open-ended contracts with young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, in sectors of activity related to the green economy, circular economy, sustainability, ecological transition and/or digital development.
Grant lines:

  • LINE 1: Grants for the formalization of employment contracts of a duration of at least 6 months.
    • Amount: 4,800€ per contract if the person recruited is a man and 5,400€ if it is a woman.
  • LINE 2: Aid for the formalization of open-ended contracts.
    • Amount: 10,800€ per contract if the person recruited is a man and 12,000€ if the person recruited is a woman.
  • LINE 3: Aid for the conversion of fixed-term contracts into open-ended contracts previously subsidized under line 1.
    • Amount: 6,000€ per contract if the person recruited is a man and 6,600€ if it is a woman.

The amount established for each of the above aid lines is increased by 700€ if the person recruited belongs to one of the following groups (they are not cumulative):

  1. Women who are victims of gender-based violence.
  2. People with a degree of disability of 33% or higher.
  3. People who are in a situation of social exclusion.
  4. Young people between 18 and 30 years of age who, after reaching the age of majority, fall under an administrative protection measure (guardianship or conservatorship) and/or a judicial measure due to their helplessness or social conflicts.

The amount of the subsidy will be increased by 20% if the subsidized activity is carried out in one of the municipalities included in the ITI (Integrated Territorial Investment) Government Program of Castilla-La Mancha.
