{"id":3334,"date":"2023-01-13T10:25:02","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T09:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/?p=3334\/"},"modified":"2023-01-13T10:25:02","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T09:25:02","slug":"castilla-la-mancha-strengthens-its-position-as-an-investment-destination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/en\/castilla-la-mancha-strengthens-its-position-as-an-investment-destination\/","title":{"rendered":"Castilla-La Mancha strengthens its position as an investment destination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3029 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/CLM-afianza-region-receptora-inversion.jpg\" alt=\"CLM es afianza como regi\u00f3n receptora de inversi\u00f3n\" width=\"687\" height=\"458\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">According to the data published last December 20 by the Investment Registry, Castilla-La Mancha received a total of 173.3 million euros in gross investment flows during the first 9 months of the year (not ETVE), 22% more than in the same period of the previous year.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Breaking this amount down by type of transaction, we can see that most of it corresponds to acquisitions (\u20ac92.19 M), followed by other expansions (\u20ac48.99 M) and greenfield\/brownfield transactions (\u20ac32.12 M).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">If we focus on the third quarter alone, the evolution has been even more spectacular, with an increase of 546% compared to last year. Castilla-La Mancha was the 5th Spanish region that received the most investment flows during the third quarter of 2022 (\u20ac115.7 M).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In terms of net investment, which subtracts divestments from gross investment, the region obtained a figure of \u20ac172.13 M during the first nine months of the year, an increase of 1,856% over the same period last year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3029 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Totales-inversion-CLM.jpg\" alt=\"CLM es afianza como regi\u00f3n receptora de inversi\u00f3n\" width=\"687\" height=\"458\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">By countries of origin of the investment, the USA stands out with a total of 116.42 M\u20ac invested up to September. It is followed by the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3029 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/sectores-InversionCLM.jpg\" alt=\"CLM es afianza como regi\u00f3n receptora de inversi\u00f3n\" width=\"687\" height=\"458\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">By sector, metallurgy leads the ranking with a total of \u20ac85.72 million received during the first nine months of 2022, followed by energy supply and the food industry.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3029 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/datos-ultimo-trimestre-inversionCLM.jpg\" alt=\"CLM es afianza como regi\u00f3n receptora de inversi\u00f3n\" width=\"687\" height=\"458\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In the absence of data from the last quarter, we can advance that 2022 will be a very positive year for our region in terms of investments, thus consolidating a very marked growth path over the last few years.
