Ontime Log\u00edstica Integral is the first company to set up in the park.<\/p>\n<h5 align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3029\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investinclm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Acto-colocacion-primera-piedra-PTL.jpg\" width=\"687\" height=\"458\" \/><i>Groundbreaking ceremony for the PTL-Noblejas<\/i><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Noblejas, 18th October 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The future Logistics Technology Park (PTL) of Noblejas took an important step forward yesterday with the celebration of the groundbreaking ceremony. The event, which took place at the Noblejas Town Hall and was attended by a large number of people, was led by David Angulo, president of the developer group Dunas Capital, Agust\u00edn Jim\u00e9nez, Mayor of Noblejas and Juan Alfonso Ruiz, Regional Minister of Finance, Public Administrations and Digital Transformation of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The total development area of this initiative amounts to 2.3 million square metres of industrial land, with large plots for logistics, industrial and technological real estate. Plots range from 30,000 m\u00b2 to 300,000 m\u00b2 of land, with the possibility of tailor-made solutions for each company. A project in which the developer group has already invested more than 25 million euros, although it expects to reach a total investment of close to 1,000 million euros.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Spanish multinational company Ontime Log\u00edstica Integral has been the first company to invest in this site. Ontime&#8217;s logistics building will be located on a 100,000 m\u00b2 plot of land and is expected to be operational by the beginning of 2025.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Noblejas is a strategic location for several reasons, including its proximity to Madrid and Toledo, its close position to the road junction formed by the Autov\u00eda del Sur (A-4), the Autov\u00eda de la Meseta Sur (A-40) and the Autopista Madrid &#8211; Levante (AP-36).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">This new development will seek to contribute to the development of the Mesa de Oca\u00f1a area, generating a considerable number of jobs in both its construction and operation phases. During the development phase, around 230 direct jobs and 400 indirect jobs will be generated.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Similarly, the construction of the logistics and industrial buildings will result in the creation of approximately 650 direct jobs and 1,830 indirect jobs. In addition, the continued operation of the companies in the park is expected to generate more than 1,300 direct jobs and 2,000 indirect jobs in the long term.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In addition, the new park is Breaam-certified, enabling tenants to obtain the highest environmental certifications.
