Castilla-La Mancha, through IPEX, has participated as an exhibitor in the 63rd edition of the Hannover Messe, the most important industrial and technological fair in the world, with the aim of strengthening the image of the region as an investment destination.
Since May 30 and until June 2, companies and institutions from around the world have gathered at this fair to talk about sustainability, robotics, renewable energy, digitalization, logistics or mobility, among other topics.
The Foreign Investment Attraction Department has held more than 15 meetings with different companies, among which energy companies stand out. The National Hydrogen Center has participated in this fair together with IPEX to strengthen the image of Castilla-La Mancha as a reference region in the field of renewable energy.
At an institutional level, the Castilla-La Mancha stand was visited by Ricardo Martínez, Ambassador of Spain to Germany, and by Mario Buisán and Pilar Paredes, Economic and Commercial Advisors of Spain in Berlin.
HANNOVER MESSE, 10 FAIRS IN ONE SPACE
Hannover Messe 2022 has been held on-site for the first time after the pandemic. This edition has gathered around 2,500 companies from around the world, including 120 from Portugal, which this year as an associated country wanted to highlight the technological and industrial solutions of the country.
This year, the fair focused on green energy and hydrogen, as well as the use of digitalization, automation and AI to combat climate change.
