IPEX estará en MIPIM, la mayor feria inmobiliaria internacional
IPEX’s foreign investment attraction department will participate for the first time this September in the largest international real estate fair to be held in the city of Cannes, France.
MIPIM is holding a special, reduced edition on September 7 and 8 in a hybrid format, with on-site events in the French city, according to the show’s organizer, Reed Midem.
The event will bring together professionals from the international real estate industry, and will create and foster business meetings, exhibition spaces, conferences, presentations and networking opportunities.
The fair will be held under the name Mipim September Edition and the organizers point out that “it is a unique event that will bring the international real estate community back to personal interaction after many months of restrictions”.
“In 2022, we will hold MIPIM in March, bringing together real estate leaders in Cannes for an event that will presage a return to almost business as usual,” assures Ronan Vaspart, the show’s director.
For IPEX, the foreign investment department has a leading role, so that participation in this type of events is a priority objective within the strategic plan of the institution in its mission to attract foreign investment to our region.
In preparation for the event, IPEX has held briefings with the main real estate players in the region, real estate developers and promoters.
The real estate and industrial real estate sector in general is immersed in a period of unprecedented changes that may affect companies depending on their typology and location, among other factors, as a result of the impact of new technologies, digitalization, the entry of competitors from other sectors and new consumer demands.
