IPEX will be at MIPIM, the leading international real estate event
This September IPEX’s Foreign Investment Attraction department will take part, for the first time, in the leading international real estate event to be held in Cannes, France.
On the 7th and 8th September MIPIM is holding a special, reduced edition, in hybrid format, with on-site events in the French city, according to the event’s organiser, Reed Midem.
The event will bring together professionals from the international real estate industry, and will create and promote business meetings, exhibition spaces, conferences, presentations, and networking opportunities.
The event is being held under the name Mipim September Edition and the organizers point out that “it is a unique event that will give personal interaction back to the international real estate community after many months of restrictions”.
“In 2022, we will hold MIPIM in March, bringing real estate leaders together in Cannes, for an event that will indicate a return to almost business as usual,” says Ronan Vaspart, the event’s manager.
For IPEX, the foreign investment department plays a leading role. To take, part in this type of event is a priority objective in the institution’s strategic plan, its mission is to attract Foreign Investment to our region.
In preparation for the event, IPEX has held briefings with the main real estate players in the region, real estate developers and promoters.
The industrial real estate and logistics real estate sector in general are undergoing a period of unprecedented change that can affect companies depending on their typology and location, among other factors, because of the impact of new technologies, digitalization, the arrival of competitors from other sectors and new consumer demands.
