Castilla La Mancha will attend and actively participate in the next edition of MIPIM, the world’s most important international investment attraction show to be held from March 15 to 18 in Cannes (France).
This was confirmed by Councilor Patricia Franco during the celebration of the II Foreign Investment Attraction Council on Wednesday, February 9.
This year, the MIPIM real estate fair is returning to its classic March edition, after being forced to be held in conjunction with Covid. It will take place between March 15 and 18, 2022.
The organizers of the most important real estate fair in Europe have decided to bring together Real Estate professionals in Cannes (France) to present their real estate projects and discuss the keys to the post-pandemic recovery of the sector.
The most influential players from all international real estate sectors: office, residential, retail, healthcare, sports, logistics and industrial. They all come together at MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate marketplace. Offering unrivaled access to the largest number of development projects and sources of capital worldwide, the event brings together all players in the commercial property value chain for a year of business in four intense days.
With an expected attendance of between 15,000 and 20,000 people, MIPIM 2022 aims to bring together the international real estate community under the theme ‘Driving Urban Change’.
Along the same lines, this year former French President François Hollande will inaugurate a conference program with more than 100 sessions that will focus on topics such as ‘Cities for Citizens’, ‘Housing First’ or ‘Green is the new black‘.
The real estate fair will feature a platform for showcasing the latest urban planning trends and innovative sustainable solutions, a benchmark for networking in which real estate companies showcase their projects and capabilities. In addition, there will be a showcase of attractive regions as a destination for foreign direct investment and a meeting point for sovereign wealth funds and funds specializing in Real Estate.
