The Government of Castilla-La Mancha, through the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX), participates for the third consecutive year with its own stand at the MIPIM fair, which is held in Cannes (France), between 14 and 17 March 2023.
MIPIM is a world reference fair for the real estate sector. Investors, developers and investment agencies come together at this event that attracts more than 2,000 companies from five continents. This edition will be attended by 73 of the top 100 investment managers, who manage 3.9 trillion euros in assets.
During the fair, IPEX’s investment attraction team, headed by its Director, Luis Noé Sánchez, is holding an agenda of meetings with potential finalist projects, development companies, consultants and investment funds to which it has made known the industrial offer in the five provinces of Castilla-La Mancha, as well as the tools that the government of Castilla-La Mancha makes available to potential investors.
Within the framework of the fair, the Director of IPEX received at the regional stand the General Director of SEPES, Mr. Fidel Vázquez, accompanied by Mr. Javier Yraola, Project Manager at Invest in Spain. Together they discussed collaboration actions for the promotion of the industrial land which SEPES has in Castilla-La Mancha, such as the Oretania Industrial Estate in Ciudad Real or the industrial estates of Manzanares, Campo de Criptana, Pedro Muñoz, Tomelloso, Valdepeñas, Cuenca, Molina de Aragón, Fuensalida and Marchamalo.
The 2023 edition recovers the figures of exhibitors and visitors pre pandemic, and completes its offer with an intense agenda of conferences and round tables where you can learn about the latest developments in the real estate sector.
During the days of the fair, in addition to maintaining an intense agenda of meetings with funds and companies, the regional delegation plans to participate in events and conferences, thus promoting networking and generating new collaboration agreements to continue positioning Castilla-La Mancha as an investment destination.
