The international company Skydweller, established in Castilla-La Mancha, has managed to complete a flight without human intervention, from take-off to landing, in a test carried out at the Los Llanos air base in Albacete.

The company is thus taking an important step towards its goal of achieving perpetual unmanned flight, thanks to its solar-powered technology.

This is a clear example of an innovative company that has chosen Castilla-La Mancha as the ideal place to grow and develop this ambitious project. It also reinforces the region’s position as a hub for the aeronautical industry, with internationally renowned companies such as Airbus, Aernnova, Hexcel, Babcock or ITP Aero.
